FridgeSmart Medium Long set is ideal for small or narrow refrigerators and is the perfect size to hold asparagus, leek, zucchini, carrots and parsnip.
With a variable ventilation system FridgeSmart containers allow the internal atmosphere of the container to be controlled via two valves, making it possible to tailor air flow to suit the type of fruits or vegetables stored.
The valve system operates in either a closed or open position: both shut, allowing no air, one shut/one open, for some air; or both open for a large amount of air to flow in and out of the container.
An integrated grid in the base of the container keeps any moisture collected in the bottom away from the contents.
